Try it before you pay
Every tool that is switched on can be used on the Free plan, and most can be used without an account at all. Test the tools you need before buying Pro.
Seven day refund
If Pro does not do what the pricing section says, write to thathsilura@gmail.com within seven days of the payment with your order reference and we refund the full amount. No form to fill in.
After seven days
- Monthly plans are not refunded part way through a month. Cancel and the plan stops at the end of the paid period.
- Annual plans can be refunded on a pro rata basis for whole unused months if you cancel because of a fault we cannot fix.
Failed or duplicate payments
If PayHere charges you twice, or your plan did not activate after a successful payment, contact us with the order reference. Duplicate charges are refunded in full, normally within three working days of confirmation from PayHere.
How to cancel
Email thathsilura@gmail.com from the address on the account, or cancel the recurring payment inside PayHere. Your files stay available for thirty days after Pro ends, then storage is reduced to the Free plan allowance.
Refund method
Refunds go back to the card or wallet used for the payment. Bank timing is outside our control and usually takes five to ten working days after we approve the refund.
